Shared by the spray tank and impeller pump diagrams of DJI Agras T100, T70P, T50 and T25P drones, the water outlet rotation cover is part of the connection between the tank outlet and the pump.

The T100 impeller pump and T25P tank photos show this knurled collar fitted round the end of each assembled pump opposite the motor. How it locks is not shown, so note how the old one comes off.
It belongs to both assemblies, so it can be disturbed whenever a pump or the tank comes off. Check it each time for cracks or distortion, and replace it if mix escapes at that join. Every pump sheet lists it with the Y-tee part sealing pad and the pump sealing ring, so renew those too if they are flat or hard.
