Warranty Claims

Warranty claims on equipment bought from AGX are lodged here. Tell us what has gone wrong and attach your photos, and we lodge the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What is the claim for?

Battery claims and crash analyses are decided by DJI from the battery's log or the aircraft's flight log, so each has its own form asking for what that check needs.

Have these ready

  • Your tax invoice or receipt
  • The serial number of the product
  • For a faulty part, the part's own serial number as well
  • Photos of the fault
  • For a battery, a short video of the fault
  • For a crash, when it happened, the battery's serial number and the flight log QR code

Flight batteries are dangerous goods. Do not post or freight one until we have told you how.

Enter the case number from your receipt to see where the claim is up to and every update we have posted on it.

It is on the receipt you were shown when you lodged the claim.

Not sure which form, or something else to send?

If you are not sure which form to use, or you have more photos, a video or a question to send, email support@agxdrone.com.au with your case number if you have one, or call us Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

See what the warranty covers, or go to repairs for damage and faults outside warranty.
