In depth

Specifications and what it does in the paddock

Big drone. Big jobs. The DJI Agras T100 is the largest, smartest spray drone DJI has ever built, a 100 L tank, up to 40 L/min of flow, a 150 L spreader, and the first LiDAR-equipped sensing system in the Agras line. Built for broadacre operators and contract sprayers who measure their days in hundreds of hectares.

Output that changes your day

  • 100 L spray tank with 30 L/min flow standard, 40 L/min with the optional four-nozzle mist kit, a full tank can go out in under three minutes
  • 150 L spreader (optional) holding two bags of fertiliser at a time, spreading up to 400 kg/min across a 3–10 m swath
  • 18.5 ha/hour average coverage, peaking around 30 ha/hour, real-world operators report 220+ ha days
  • 9-minute battery charging: the C12000 charging station takes a DB2160 from 30% to 95% in 8–9 minutes, so three batteries keep you flying continuously
  • Lifting mode: swap the tank for a 10–15 m rope and lift cargo, within DJI's 149.9 kg Australian take-off weight limit

The safest Agras yet

  • Real-time LiDAR (300,000 points/second) plus front, rear and downward millimetre-wave radar and penta-vision cameras, sensing out to 60 m in every direction
  • Terrain following on slopes up to 90°: sprays gullies, banks and hill country your ground rig can't touch
  • Coaxial twin rotors with propeller-stop redundancy and 33% better full-load efficiency than the previous generation
  • IP67-rated core components and RTK ±10 cm hover accuracy

Flying a T100 in Australia

The Australian T100 is configured to a 149.9 kg maximum take-off weight, keeping it inside CASA's medium RPA category: the same licensing pathway as the T50. Operate to 75 L / 75 kg payload to stay within CASA guidelines. You'll need an RePL plus a T100 type rating for your own property, and a ReOC to spray commercially. Our Contractor Kit books all three together. Already hold a ReOC for a T50? Check with CASA before the T100 flies under it: CASA treats adding a new type of drone as a significant change that needs the ReOC reissued, and for drones over 25 kg the certificate names the manufacturer and model. The ReOC section of our licensing guide has the detail.
