Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our Horsham VIC warehouse, from single o-rings to full spreading systems. Here is exactly what delivery costs and how fast it moves.
Free shipping on drone bundles
Every drone bundle and kit ships free to anywhere in Australia. That includes the Agras spray kits and bundles and the FlyCart, Mavic and Matrice kits. Larger kits travel by insured road freight and we coordinate the delivery window with you before anything leaves the warehouse. An aircraft bought on its own ships at the rates below for its size.
Parts and accessories rates
Parts ship at a flat rate based on what the item physically is, not what it costs. Your cart is charged one shipping fee, at the rate of the largest class it contains: order twenty screws with a T100 propeller blade and you pay the oversize rate once. All rates are in AUD and include GST.
| Shipping class | Rate | Typical items |
|---|---|---|
| Small parcel | $15 | Screws, seals, cables, sensors, nozzle caps and other satchel-sized parts |
| Standard parcel | $27 | Pumps, motors, ESCs, radar modules, body panels and most boxed spare parts, single T25P and T50 propeller blades, plus a Mavic or Matrice 4 bought on its own |
| Oversize parcel | $67.50 | T70P and T100 propeller blades, full aircraft arms, landing gear tubes and large body shells |
| LTL road freight | From $270, quoted per order | Spreading systems, SCUD mixers, generators, docks and replacement spray or spread tanks, plus a spray, cargo or Matrice 400 aircraft bought on its own |
| Flight batteries | Quoted per order | Lithium flight batteries are dangerous goods and need a compliant carrier |
| Drone bundles and kits | Free | Every drone bundle and kit we sell ships free, anywhere in Australia |
Dispatch and delivery times
In-stock parts ordered before 2:00 pm are dispatched the next business day, and you receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is booked. Typical transit is 2 to 6 business days depending on how far you are from Horsham; remote WA, NT and far north QLD addresses can take longer. If a part is not in stock we will contact you with an expected dispatch date before your order is processed further.
Freight for oversize equipment
Spreading systems, SCUD chemical mixers, generators and docks travel as LTL pallet freight, and replacement spray and spread tanks need a carton too big for a flat parcel rate. Because farm deliveries vary so much (forklift on site or not, tailgate truck access, distance from a depot), we quote freight per order rather than guessing at a flat rate. Request a quote or call 1300 916 075 with your delivery address and we will confirm the cost before you commit.
