The quick-release rod is one of the moving parts in the latches that hold the auger motor end on DJI Agras T100, T70P and T25P spreaders. Each parts diagram groups it with the clamp, the two levers and the torsion spring.

DJI shows a latch either side of the auger motor end, and the T100 and T70P parts photo shows two matching rods. A rod bent by a knock or by forcing a stuck latch will bind, and the latch may then fail to line up or close fully. Replace it if it is bent, cracked, or visibly worn where it meets the parts around it.
Check the clamp and levers for the same damage, since whatever bent the rod may have marked them too. On the T25P the spread tank lock button and its spring are listed in the same group (callouts 45 and 46) and deserve a look while the latch is apart.
