A clip that has snapped or stopped gripping leaves its cable free to flap and rub, so replace it as soon as you find one broken, ideally during routine cleaning. The T25P sheet also lists a landing gear cable clip B at callout 7, which is a separate item.
Neighbours on the sheets include the T70P landing gear aluminium tube and the T50 rear landing gear crossbeam, so a clip broken in a hard landing is a prompt to check those as well.
