The clamp holds a cable against the landing gear so it cannot flap or rub on the leg. A cracked clamp, or one that no longer grips, lets the cable chafe, so replace it at the first sign of wear on the cable sheath and check the cable itself for damage underneath.
Listed with it are the T30-HC01000100-057030-5103-N screw at callout 1 and the front right and front left landing gear fixing pieces at 5 and 6.
