On the DJI Agras T100, this rubber ring is one of the RTK antenna mounting parts, drawn at callout 4 on front frame sheet 2 alongside the antenna module and its bracket.

Rubber on top of a spray drone lives with sun, chemical and constant vibration, so in time it can harden, crack or take a permanent set. Once it no longer springs back, it cannot do its job properly. Swap it whenever the antenna comes off and the old ring shows any of those signs.
It is not the same part as the RTK sealing ring, so check the code before ordering. Refit with the RTK antenna module sitting square in the RTK bracket.
