The propeller clamp base for the DJI Agras T70P is callout 2 on the propellers parts diagram, listed ahead of the clamp base shaft at callout 3.

Inspect it after a propeller strike or a tip-over, and whenever the blades show unusual play or vibration. A cracked base, damaged screw seats or worn bores are reasons to replace it. The sheet's screws are a separate part, the M60-NCW02300200-120060-5103-N screw at callouts 1, 4 and 8.
The base is listed with the propeller clamp base shaft (callout 3) and the propeller clamp (callout 7), so check those for the same damage while the hub is apart.
