This propeller clamp is for the DJI Agras T70P and appears at callout 7 on the propellers parts diagram, ahead of the damping pad and the CW and CCW propellers.

Clamps that are cracked, deformed or have damaged screw seats should be replaced, as should one that has been through a hard propeller strike. The code is model-specific: the T100 uses YC.JG.QX004794 (T100 propeller clamp) and the T25P uses YC.JG.QX002975.
On the T70P sheet it is listed with the propeller clamp damping pad (callout 9) and the CW propellers (callout 11), so inspect the pad and blades whenever the clamp is changed.
