Callout 3 on the DJI Agras T70P propellers diagram is this propeller clamp base shaft, drawn between the clamp base and one of the M60 screws.

Replace it if it is bent, scored or corroded, or if the parts around it rock or feel rough when moved by hand. Do not reuse a shaft that has been through a propeller strike even if it looks straight, as a slight bend is hard to see.
It is listed with the propeller clamp base (callout 2) and should not be confused with the propeller shaft at callout 5, which is a different part, YC.JG.QX004524.
