Shared by the DJI Agras T100 Mist Kit and the T70P misting spray lance, the 4810 is the lower motor in the centrifugal mist sprinkler head, paired with an upper motor.

Working with the upper motor, it spins the sprinkler disks so liquid leaves as fine droplets. Look at it if it will not turn freely by hand with the power off, if it grinds or its note changes in operation, or if a sprinkler motor error appears. Rule out dried chemical in the head, or water past a tired seal, before condemning the motor.
Because the same 4810 unit is used on both aircraft, one spare suits a mixed T100 and T70P fleet. With the head apart, inspect the lower disk for chips or cracks, and check the plugs on the centrifugal sprinkler adapter cable drawn with it on the T70P lance.
