It carries the electrical connection to the sprinkler, so a fault here can show as one sprinkler that will not spin or raises a warning while the rest run normally. Inspect the cable for chafed or split insulation and crushed sections, and the plugs for bent pins or corrosion.
With the battery removed, clean and dry both connectors, push them fully home and secure the cable clear of the spinning disks. Similar leads carry other codes, including an optional centrifugal sprinkler adapter cable on the T100 mist spray boom sheet and an ESC sprinkler adapter cable on the T70P misting lance, so match YC.XC.XX001394 before ordering.
