Renew it whenever the barometer has been opened, and sooner if it is nicked, flattened or has picked up grit, since a poor seal lets moisture in around the sensor. Seat it evenly before closing the barometer outer shell.
The sheets group it with the barometer board (T70P and T25P) and the barometer protection foam, both worth checking while the module is open.
