Turned by hand rather than with a spanner, this thumb nut is part of the spinner setup on DJI Agras T100 and T70P spreaders, and DJI draws it with the R-type pin and the spinner disk.

Because it is made to come off without tools, it is easy to drop and lose in the paddock. Replace a nut with a stripped or cross-threaded thread or a cracked grip.
Clean fertiliser out of the thread before refitting and run the nut on by hand first; if it binds, inspect the thread it runs on before forcing it. A bent or lost R-type pin is worth replacing at the same time, and the spinner disk deserves a look for cracks while the assembly is apart.
