Drive from the spinner disk motor reaches the disk through this shaft on the DJI Agras T25P spreader. Spreader 1 shows it at callout 6, next to the shaft sleeve module.

A hard landing or a disk that strikes the ground can bend it. Turn the disk slowly and watch its rim: a wobble, new vibration, or a disk sitting at an angle suggests a bent shaft or a damaged disk. Corrosion or wear where the disk locates is another reason to replace it.
Fit a fresh shaft sealing ring (callout 1) as the shaft goes back in, and look over the one-way valve core sealing ring at callout 5. The T100 and T70P use a different spinner disk shaft, YC.JG.QX004442.
