The locking piece handle is the handle of the arm lock on the DJI Agras T50. It is listed at callout 28 on the M1 aircraft arm sheet and callout 33 on the M3 sheet.

A handle that is cracked, bent or loose on its shaft makes it harder to tell whether an arm is properly locked before take-off. The sheets list it with the locking piece handle rubber sleeve, the buckle module and a 6 mm E-shaped circlip, so check those while the handle is off.
This code is for the T50. The T70P and T25P diagrams call for a different locking piece handle, YC.JG.BJ003468.
