Spacing sleeve is DJI's name for this part of the DJI Agras T100 and T70P impeller pump, drawn on both pump diagrams alongside the pump motor, shell and sealing rings.

It belongs to the same assembly as the pump motor and seals, so it normally only comes out during a pump strip-down. Replace it if it is cracked, warped or scored.
Flush the pump with clean water before dismantling it so chemical residue is not left on the internals. Don't confuse it with the T25P's isolation sleeve, a different part (YC.JG.ZS004667); match YC.JG.ZS006167 against the old one. While the pump is open, check the motor sealing ring too.
