This E-type circlip, 9 mm across its outside diameter, clips into a groove to keep the 29.7 mm pin shaft in place in the middle frame buckle of the DJI Agras T100.

The 9 mm is the clip's outside diameter, not the shaft size. In the diagram it is drawn right beside the 29.7 mm pin shaft, the only pin in the middle frame buckle group. E-clips bend easily, and one that has been prised off rarely grips as firmly again, so it makes sense to fit a new one whenever the buckle is dismantled. Push it on square until it seats fully in the groove, then check the pin cannot slide. If the groove edge is worn or rounded, replace the pin as well.
