Circlips are spring clips that lock into a groove, and this one belongs to the spray lance shaft group on the DJI Agras T100, numbered next to the spring fixing piece on both the spray lance and mist kit spray boom sheets.

A circlip that has been distorted, has corroded or no longer snaps firmly into its groove should not go back in. Install the new clip with circlip pliers, flexing it no further than it needs to go, and check it is seated all the way round the groove before the lance is closed up. The spring fixing piece and compression spring sit in the same group and are worth a look while the shaft is apart.
