This barometer tube belongs to the DJI Agras T100 cable distribution board assembly, drawn at callout 15 close to the barometer's waterproof permeability film at callout 13.

A barometer senses air pressure, and the flight controller uses that reading as one input when it works out height. The tube is part of that barometer arrangement. In the parts photo it is a short black tube with a two-eared flange near its base, not a length of hose, and two M25 screws (callout 14) are drawn directly below it. One that is cracked, blocked or left off after a repair is worth sorting out before the aircraft goes back to work.
Confirm YC.JG.MY001918 against the T100 diagram before ordering, note how the original sits before removing it so the new tube goes back the same way, and look over the permeability film while the area is open.
