A weight other than zero while the aircraft hovers with nothing on the rope calls first for the tare calibration in the DJI Agras app, carried out with the aircraft on level ground and the rope unloaded and clear.
Suspect the sensor if readings still disagree with the load after calibrating, or lift warnings persist after a restart, but check its connector and cable before replacing it. Handle the new sensor by its body, do not lever against it while fitting, and recalibrate before the first lift. The payload lifting control module is in the same winch assembly.
