Every load a DJI Agras T100 or T70P carries on its lift system hangs from this lifting rope, the sling between the aircraft and the lifting hook, so it takes the full weight of the cargo.

DJI's specifications give 10 m as the standard sling length for both aircraft, with 10 to 15 m recommended, and its lift system manual calls for an 8 mm diameter. The parts list itself does not state this spare's length.
Inspect the full length before each lifting job, and replace the rope if you find:
- frayed, cut or flattened strands
- kinks or twists that will not relax
- heat marks, or stiffness from spray chemical or fertiliser residue
Before take-off, make sure the rope hangs free with no knots or tangles and that both end connections are secure. While the old rope is off, check the lifting hook for wear as well.
