The long 162 × 23.5 mm thermal conductive pad is callout 10 on the DJI Agras T100 cable distribution board diagram, one of three thermal pads listed for that assembly.

Its job is heat transfer: it bridges warm electronics to the surface that disperses the heat. A pad that has been squashed, torn or contaminated, or that stuck to the wrong side when the assembly was split, should be renewed rather than pressed back into place.
The length makes it easy to stretch or crease while fitting, so lay it from one end and smooth it down without pulling. The 11 × 42 mm pad at callout 1 and the 53.1 × 12.9 mm pad at callout 11 are the other two in this assembly.
