Made to be turned by hand, this thumb nut belongs to the centrifugal sprinkler on the DJI Agras T100 and T70P spray lance, where both diagrams list it next to the sprinkler's upper and lower disks.

Because it comes undone without tools, it is easy to drop in the paddock or leave on the bench during a clean-out. Other faults to look for are a worn or cross-threaded thread and a grip cracked by someone reaching for pliers.
In DJI's parts photo it is a round cap with a ribbed grip around its edge, a slot cut into one side and a metal insert at its centre. The plain Thumb Nut (YC.JG.ZS006171) on the same T100 sheet is a winged nut with a different code, so check for ZS006218 before ordering. Start the nut square and run it down by hand until snug. If it will not turn freely, back it off and inspect the mating thread rather than forcing it.
