DJI identifies it as M20-HC00500050-040020-3123-Y. It does not appear on the T70P misting lance sheet, so treat it as a T100 part. The sheets do not say exactly what it fastens, so compare the position of the screw you removed with callout 8 on the diagram before ordering.
Screws in a spray head suffer from chemical corrosion and from overtightening. Swap any with a chewed head or pitted thread, and snug them evenly rather than forcing them. If the head is apart anyway, it is a good time to fit a new Sealing Ring L and Sealing Ring S.
