Next to the module spring on the DJI Agras T100 front frame (sheet 1) diagram sits this power distribution module spring pad, callout 18 to the spring's 17.

As its name suggests, the pad gives the spring a seat to press against. In the parts photo the pads are small white cup-shaped pieces, eight of them beside four springs, so count how many came out before ordering. Order a new one if the old pad is cracked, worn through where the spring bears on it, or went missing when the front frame was opened.
If either the pad or the spring is damaged, replacing both at once saves opening the front frame twice. Check that the pad sits squarely in place before closing everything up.
