EE Group lists this hose nut against the flowmeter module, and that is where it appears on the DJI Agras T50 and T25P: callout 2 on the T50 sheet and twice on the T25P flowmeter.

The T25P sheet draws it at callouts 4 and 11, so check both joints if the flowmeter has been weeping. On that sheet it is listed near the thumb nut and the one-way valve sealing ring. The T100 and T70P take a different hose nut, YC.JG.ZS006165.
A split body, a stripped or crossed thread, or a nut that turns without clamping the hose are the usual reasons to replace it. Pick dried mix out of the thread before starting the new nut by hand.
