FJD AT1 Autosteering Kit

Hands-free and more productive. The FJD AT1 Autosteering Kit uses GNSS and RTK to navigate tractors along straight lines, curves, or concentric circles with sub-inch (±2.5 cm) accuracy, and it works with a wide array of tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural machines.

The AT1 has been discontinued by FJDynamics and is no longer available new. We can still help with support for existing units, and the AT2 series is the direct successor if you're ready to upgrade.

Functions

±2.5 cm pass-to-pass accuracy

GNSS works together with RTK correction signals, sourced from an RTK base station or an NTRIP service provider.

Field management

Field profiles record boundaries, guidance lines, tasks, and more, turning your farming into an organised effort.

Advanced guidance line

Straight-line, curve, A+ line, and pivot modes cover diverse field shapes and operation needs.

Terrain compensation

The IMU sensor compensates for terrain, so lines on sloped fields come out as straight as those on even ground.

GIS information transfer

Field info moves between machines on a USB stick in .SHP (SHX/DBF/SHP) and .ISOXML formats.

ISOBUS Universal Terminal

The UT is a plug-and-play interface for ISOBUS-compatible implements: it visualises data and lets you check and control the implement from FJD's terminal. Contact us for compatible implement brands and models.

Two modes for manual intervention

For safety, two manual intervention modes hand control straight back to the operator.

U-turn options

• Smart U-turn: analyses the boundary and plans the most suitable path, enabling auto turns and headland closing (paid function)
• Basic U-turn, Ω shape: one-click turnaround, well suited to irregular fields with ample turning space at the headlands (paid function)
• Basic U-turn, fishtail shape: the better solution for irregular fields with limited turning space at the ends (paid function)

The AT1 was fitted to tractors, harvesters, and machinery across many brands, including the Valtra N134, Massey Ferguson, John Deere WTS 9580i, Mercedes Benz Trac 1000, John Deere 8110, New Holland CR9060, Case IH 2388, and John Deere 8410T.

• FJD Satellite Navigation Base Station: real-time correction info for centimetre-level precision
• FJD Wi-Fi Camera: 1080P live footage to the terminal from up to 20 m, with infrared night vision
• FJD Easy Control: remote control of the autosteer when the touchscreen is out of reach (2022-or-later kits)
