Wiring that works loose in a spreader can rub through its insulation or be caught by moving parts, so a clamp that has snapped, lost its grip or gone missing should be replaced. Order by the code rather than by appearance, as small clamps can look alike.
Put the cable back on its original route before closing the clamp, and look for chafe marks along the run where the old one let it move.
