A motor that grinds when turned by hand, runs rough or has taken a hard strike is the usual reason for a swap, but similar symptoms can come from a cable or the ESC module. Have the fault confirmed first; our Horsham or Manjimup workshop can test it and fit the new motor.
While it is off, look over the lower motor base and motor cover for cracks, since a strike that damaged the motor often marks them too. Refit the propellers carefully and spin them by hand before flying.
