Agras Battery Warranty Claim

For DB2160, DB1560 and DB800 flight batteries bought from AGX. Fill in the form and attach photos, your proof of purchase and a short video of the fault, and we lodge the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Did the drone crash? Use the crash analysis form instead. It covers the battery that was in it.

Do not post or freight a damaged or swollen battery until we have told you how. Flight batteries are dangerous goods.

Up to 20 MB each. Big photos are made smaller before they are sent, so they upload faster on a slow connection.

Photos of the fault and the defective part *

Show the damage or the error on screen, and the part itself. Up to 6 files.

Warranty proof, tax invoice or freight proof *

A photo or PDF of the tax invoice or receipt. Add the freight docket if the item arrived damaged. Up to 4 files.

Video of the fault *

A short clip of what the product is doing. MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 20 MB. Up to 2 files.

Or paste a link to the video

A video over 20 MB has to come as a link: Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox or YouTube all work. Check that anyone with the link can open it.
