Replace it when the shell is cracked or holed, or a mounting point has broken away after a heavy landing or a knock while loading. Granular fertiliser draws moisture and cakes on the walls, so wash the tank out and let it dry between jobs; fine cracks are far easier to find on a clean tank.
Nothing else from that sheet comes with it. The spread tank cover, rear radar module and payload control board are separate parts, so reuse your originals if they are sound. Photograph the cable runs and clamps before stripping anything so it all goes back the same way.
