On the DJI Agras T70P, this long signal cable serves the spotlight mounted on the landing gear. It is callout 13 on the landing gear sheet, drawn beside the spotlight bracket and the spotlight.

When the spotlight stops working or only works on and off, check this cable before blaming the light. Common faults are a sheath chafed or pinched where it runs down the landing gear, bent or corroded pins, and a plug that has not fully latched. Fit the new cable along the same route and secure it in the landing gear cable clamps, keeping it clear of anything it could rub against. Brush the connector clean before plugging in, and power up to confirm the light works before the next job.
If the cable tests fine and the light is still dead, the spotlight itself is the next thing to check. DJI's T100 landing gear diagrams show a different spotlight signal cable, YC.XC.XX001470, in place of this long one.
