Callout 5 on the spreading auger diagrams for the DJI Agras T100 and T70P, this sliding bearing is a plain bearing within the auger assembly. DJI's parts photo shows it as a flanged ring lying just above the auger motor base.

Unlike a ball bearing, a sliding bearing has no rolling elements: the moving part runs directly on its bearing surface. Granular fertiliser and seed dust are abrasive, so that surface wears with use. Side play, scoring, or rough and noisy running from the auger can all point to a worn bearing.
Clean out the seat before fitting the new bearing, and check the part that moves against it too, as a burr or groove there will quickly wear a fresh bearing. While the auger is apart, it is worth looking over the auger motor and auger sensor from the same sheet.
