The T50 uses a different front shell module, YC.JG.ZS003387, and the T70P has its own front shell module, YC.JG.ZS004470, so this code is for the T25P only.
A shell that is cracked, split at its mounting points or distorted after a crash should be replaced to keep dust and spray out of the front frame. An impact hard enough to break it may have hurt something inside, so have the front frame checked at our Horsham or Manjimup workshop if in doubt.
