Precise spraying driven by autosteering

Built on FJD's time-tested autosteering technology, the vehicle sprays accurately while steering itself on the planned path. That cuts operator fatigue, minimises crop damage compared with manual driving, and lets beginners work as efficiently as veterans.

Consistent rate application

Flow rate is regulated in real time from vehicle speed and the target application rate, keeping application per unit area consistent even as terrain changes your speed.

Automated section control

Sprayer sections start and stop automatically as the boom enters or leaves worked areas, applying the optimal amount exactly where it's needed. Overlap rate is customisable per section, and an automated stop-spray cuts off below a preset speed (down to 1 km/h) to prevent over-application at headlands.

Proven in the field

In a 1,700-acre soybean weed control program (285 L/ha target rate at 8 km/h), the ATS cut pesticide usage by 11%, from 4.5 kg/ha to 4 kg/ha, saving 344 kg of chemical in total.
