The T50 has more than one part called damping pad, so go by the code. This one, YC.JG.MY000832, belongs to the impeller pump; YC.JG.MY001054 (also on the T25P) and YC.JG.MY000757 are used elsewhere on the T50.
A pad that has gone hard, cracked or squashed flat no longer soaks up pump vibration, which can show as extra noise or fasteners working loose around the pump. Replace it once it has lost its spring, and check the anti-wear gasket beside it at callout 13.
