This 35 x 27 mm thermally conductive pad is listed next to a larger 71 x 51 mm pad on the front frame (sheet 2) diagram of both the DJI Agras T70P and T25P.

Check it whenever the nearby electronics are opened: a pad that has dried out, torn or slid off-centre leaves an air gap, and air passes heat poorly. Order by size, since the larger 71 x 51 mm pad has its own code.
On the T70P diagram it sits between that larger pad and the front radar bracket. On the T25P it is listed near the front radar bracket and the T25P front radar base bracket.
