Screws in the front frame come out every time a cover or bracket is removed, and repeated removal wears their recesses, especially with a tired driver bit. Swap out any screw with a rounded recess, a cross-threaded shank or corrosion on the thread instead of reusing it.
When refitting, turn each screw by hand for the first few turns to be sure it has picked up the thread cleanly, then snug it down without forcing it.
