This sealing stopper closes an opening in the rear shell of the DJI Agras T50. It is listed at callout 6 on the rear frame sheet, next to the spraying power module.

A stopper that has torn, hardened or gone missing lets spray, dust and wash water into the rear shell, where the sheet also places the power distribution board. Check it each time the rear shell bottom plate or lower cover of rear shell comes off, and press the new one fully home.
It is drawn beside the spraying power module at callout 7, so a missing stopper is worth fixing before the next wash-down.
