The propeller assembly on the DJI Agras T100 lists this nut first, at callout 1, followed by the propeller clamp (callout 2) and propeller gasket (callout 3) on the same sheet.

Replace it if the thread feels rough or binds, it has been rounded off by a slipping tool, or corrosion has set in. Clean the mating thread first, start the nut by hand so it cannot cross-thread, then finish with a correctly sized tool.
While the propeller assembly is apart, look over the propeller clamp for cracks or wear. It is sold separately if it needs replacing.
