In depth
Engineered for the long day
One plug, more precision. The FJD AS2 and AS2 Max unlock the autosteering power already built into steer-ready tractors. Plug into the steer-ready port, keep the factory steering wheel and hydraulic valve, and steer to 2.5 cm. Both models come in CANBUS and non-CANBUS versions to suit your machine.
Designed for steer-ready vehicles
The AS2 talks to the tractor over CANBUS and controls the original factory hydraulic valves directly from the cab. A compact design with simplified components makes it a true plug-and-play path into precision farming.
Larger display, smarter operation
The AS2 Max steps the display up to a 12-inch high-definition touchscreen with 46% more viewing area, clearer at speed and with split-screen multitasking support.
Minimal changes to the original configuration
- No steering wheel replacement: keep the original wheel for a simpler install and familiar feel
- No hydraulic valve installation: the factory-installed valve stays, preserving compatibility and reliability
Plug-and-play setup
A single control terminal with an integrated GNSS receiver means no repeated calibration when switching implements, and it powers from the direct power source inside the cab with no external wiring.
Effortless precision on any terrain
By controlling the original hydraulic valves directly, the AS2 holds 2.5 cm accuracy while the steering wheel stays stationary during navigation, stable across terrain types and field layouts.
Precise and more efficient
- Manual intervention support: turn the wheel to instantly switch from auto to manual in an emergency
- Versatile guidance lines: straight, curve, A+ line, pivot, plus headland, diagonal harrowing, and tramline patterns
- Automatic U-turn: smart U-turn plans the path and closes headlands; basic U-turn drops you onto the adjacent row
- Multi-source signals: up to 2.5 cm via network RTK or a base station, with free PPP and SBAS for decimetre-level work
- Seamless GIS transfer: share boundaries and guidance lines between terminals and through the farm management platform
