About
Specifications and fitment
An electronic speed controller from the arm assembly of the DJI Agras T100, shown at callout 1 on the M1/M3 and M2/M4 small arm diagrams. It converts battery power into the three-phase current that brushless propulsion motors run on.

The ESC takes speed commands from the flight controller and sets motor speed to match. A failing module can show as an ESC or motor error on one arm position, a motor that will not start, or a failed self-check. Water getting past a damaged seal is one way ESCs are lost on spray aircraft.
Rule out the signal and propulsion cables and their connectors before replacing the module. While it is out, fit new three-phase cover rubber seals and check the seal plugs and the ESC base fixing piece, then confirm the app shows no ESC warnings before going back to work.
