FJD AH1 Hydraulic Autosteering

First-generation autosteering for stable hydraulic control. The FJD AH1 is the robust original in FJD's hydraulic autosteering lineup. It keeps your factory steering wheel and steers by regulating the hydraulic circuit directly, with dual GNSS receivers holding a rock-solid heading and 2.5 cm steering accuracy on big tractors and hard country.

Dual GNSS receivers

Unlike the newer single-receiver AH2, the AH1 runs two GNSS receivers. The second antenna gives an instant, drift-free heading fix, so the system knows exactly which way the tractor is pointing from the moment you engage, even at a standstill.

Seamless integration with the original steering wheel

The kit installs behind your existing steering wheel without changing anything in the cab. Drive as you always have, and let the hydraulics take over when it's time to hold a line.

Enhanced steering stability

Because steering is hydraulic, the wheel stays stationary during automated driving, even on rolling terrain, slopes, and rough ground. That stability is what makes hydraulic control the pick for demanding tasks with high-horsepower tractors.

Extensive vehicle compatibility

Four compact hydraulic valve options cover different fluid types and both open-centre and closed-centre hydraulic systems, working with over 95% of vehicles. The 30 L/min valve includes a built-in 6-way/2-position valve that protects the proportional valve core, and suits both reactive and non-reactive machinery.

Versatile functionality

• Smart U-turn: plans the most suitable path for automatic turns and headland closing
• Basic U-turn: omega and fishtail turn shapes
• Terrain compensation: holds accuracy on rolling terrain, slopes, and rough ground
• FMS connection: syncs operational data and executes pre-planned boundary lines and guidance paths
