Half-moon Woodruff key for the DJI D14000iE generator's Zongshen engine. It sits in a slot in the shaft and locks the mating part so the two turn together.

DJI lists it beside the crankshaft. A sheared or worn key lets the part it locates slip on the shaft, which can upset timing and cause hard starting, kickback or a sudden loss of power. Always fit a new key when the shaft is apart; it is a tiny part that protects far more expensive ones.
Check the keyway in the crankshaft for wear before fitting. The camshaft and crankshaft bearing are nearby on the list. The D12000i prefix in DJI's name only shows where it catalogued the part first. D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label before ordering.
