DJI's Chinese name describes tooling for the engine's pull-start pulley, not a replacement starting handle, so this is a service tool rather than a part that stays on the generator. Fixtures like this hold or turn the crankshaft while parts at that end, such as the flywheel, are undone and tightened. Follow the service manual, and keep it with the rotor removal tool in the workshop kit. Disconnect the starter battery before turning the engine by hand. D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label before ordering.
