Inverter generator rotors are a tight fit on the shaft, and levering or hammering one off can crack the magnets or damage the crankshaft, which is why DJI supplies dedicated tooling for the job. It is a workshop tool, not a part that stays on the generator. Keep it with the start handle tool, follow the service manual, and disconnect the starter battery before starting work. D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label before ordering.
