Retaining plate that clamps the rubber hose against the DJI D14000iE frame so it cannot creep or rub. Listed at ref 12 of DJI's generator parts list.

Replace the plate if it is bent, cracked across a fixing hole or no longer sits flat, since the hose can then work loose and chafe on the frame. It is held by two Rubber Hose Pressing Plate Bolts, worth renewing at the same time if the heads are worn. Nearby on the list are the Controller Trim Panel and Controller Air Baffle. This is a Zongshen (ZS) build part. Units fitted with a Rato engine use different engine parts, so check the engine label first.
