Specifications and fitment
Piston for the DJI D14000iE generator's Zongshen engine. It takes the combustion load in the cylinder and drives the crankshaft through the connecting rod.

Replace the piston if it is cracked, holed or heavily scuffed on the skirt, or if the ring grooves or pin bosses are worn. Scuffing usually follows overheating or oil starvation, so find the cause, starting with the cooling air path and oil level, before fitting a new one. Check the bore for scoring at the same time.
DJI lists the piston ring set, piston pin and piston pin circlips under their own refs, so add them to your order if you need them. This suits the Zongshen engine only: D14000iE units built with a Rato engine take different engine parts, so check the engine label first.
